CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you acknowledging your order. As soon as your order is processed and ready to be dispatched, another notification will be sent via email.

  • Shipping Time

Shipping time will vary, as some of our products are made to order. Most orders will ship out within 7-10days of your ordering (sooner, if we can manage it!). Your email notification will include estimated time of arrival for your order.

  • Flat Rate Shipping (Lagos orders only)

All orders within Lagos metropolitan area incur a flat rate delivery fee of N750 on all items.

  • Domestic Shipping Outside Lagos

For orders outside Lagos, please send an email to us@nik-nak.co with the subject line Delivery Outside Lagos, stating what product you’re interested in and your location. We will send you an invoice with details of delivery cost.

Please note that not all products ship outside Lagos.

  • International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not at this time ship outside Nigeria.

  • Return Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We are committed to ensuring that all orders reach the customer in the best condition and that each customer is completely satisfied with the order.

However, if you are completely dissatisfied with a product due to a defect, or have received a product different from that which you ordered, we would be more than happy to hear your complaint within 48hours of receiving that product, and dealing with each complaint on a case by case basis. Please email us@nik-nak.co with the subject line: Faulty Item.

  • Other General Information

Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on the Nik-Nak site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. We hope that everything on our site is accurate, complete, and error free.

FAQs

How do I know my order is processed/confirmed?

Once you place an order, an email will be sent to you acknowledging your order (no more than 24hours after). As soon as your order is processed and ready to be dispatched, another notification will be sent via email.

What happens if I do not receive a confirmation email?

If you do not receive this confirmation order within 24hours, please send an email to us@nik-nak.co with the subject line: Order Confirmation, including in the body of the mail details of the product ordered.

When should I expect delivery of my order?

Shipping time for each product varies as some of our products are made to order. We advise that you allow for a period of 7-10 days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Some products will take less time. And before your product is shipped out, we will contact you with estimated time of delivery.

What if my order takes longer than the expected time for delivery?

We will do our best to ensure that your order gets to you on time. However, if there is any unforeseen delay, we will contact you well in advance.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we quickly begin to process that order. However, if you would like to amend your order, or cancel it, we recommend that you send an email to us@nik-nak.co with the subject line: Order Cancelation or Order Amendment within 6 hours of placing that order.

Can I return a product?

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly, we do not ship orders internationally at this time. But we are working to make that happen in the near future. (Subscribe to our newsletter to ensure that you receive a notification as soon as this service becomes available.)
